Start your week off right with an invigorating walk on our beautiful Boulder Flatirons. Join us for this easy-moderate 2 mile hike from the top of Table Mesa to historic Chautauqua Park at the base of the Boulder Flatirons. Appropriate footwear is advised.
Meet in hotel lobby at 7:30am.

Housed in what was the J.S. Brown Mercantile Building, built in 1899 to support the city’s mining and railroad expansion, the Wynkoop Brewing Company is Denver’s first brewpub. Enjoy hand crafted beer and great food while sharing a game of billiards, foosball, or darts with friends. Brewery tours will also be available to those interested.
Buses will begin loading outside The Westin lobby at 5:30 pm and will depart the hotel at 6pm.

The AMTA 2022 Awards Banquet Reception will take place in the Legacy Pre-Function Space and the Awards Banquet will be in the Legacy Ballroom. The banquet dinner is included with full registrations and additional tickets may be purchased at a cost of $90 per ticket. During the registration process, you will be asked to select your choice of entrée. Enjoy dinner, wine and you may come away with a great bingo prize!

Technical Tour of the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Boulder Campus
9:00am – 2:00 pm
Located at the base of the Flat Iron range of the Rocky Mountains, on a 222 acre site that was donated to the Federal government by the city of Boulder, the NIST Boulder Campus participates in ground breaking research which has led to major scientific developments such as the Atomic Clock. Today, the Boulder Campus is home to the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Communications Technology Laboratory (NIST CTL), focused on developing precision instrumentation and creating test protocols, models and simulation tools to enable a range of emerging wireless technologies.
