You are invited to exhibit at the 2022 Annual Meeting and Symposium of the Antenna Measurement Techniques Association (AMTA) being held at The Westin Westminster in Denver, Colorado. The symposium benefits include:

• Access to some 500 decision makers for antenna measurement products and services.
• Extended break and lunch periods allow plenty of time for attendees to visit the exhibits.
• Approximately 90% of exhibiting companies return year after year to the AMTA Symposium due to the high-quality sales leads and unique networking opportunities.

Exhibit Dates and Hours

Set‐up:
Saturday, October 8 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. for Exhibitors with 4 or more booths
Sunday, October 9 from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. for all exhibit spaces

Exhibition:
Monday, October 10, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 11, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
(Note: Exhibits are closed during Tuesday’s AMTA Business Lunch from 11:30 a.m. ‐ 1:30 p.m.)
Wednesday, October 12, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Dismantle:
Wednesday, October 12, from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, October 13, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
(Empty crates will be delivered Thursday morning, October 13 at 7:00 a.m.)

Exhibit Application Process, Fees and Deadlines

Exhibitor application shall be completed online no later than May 12, 2022. Late requests are accepted based on available remaining space. As in the past, priority for space selection will be based on the point system explained in the Exhibitor Policy and Guidelines section of this packet. For your reference, a printable copy of the application is included in this packet.

Exhibitors will be notified of their assigned exhibit area by June 28, 2022 via email. At this time, Exhibitors will receive an invoice for their space rental fee balance, which is due in full by July 26, 2022. Space rental fees not paid in full by July 26, 2022 will allow that space to become available to other eligible Exhibitors wishing to relocate their exhibit space.

Purchase of space includes:

• Permission to exhibit at the AMTA symposium
• One Exhibitor Convenience Package that can be upgraded to a Full Registration (not included with tabletop registration)
• Two 3‐day Exhibit Hall‐only passes
• An Exhibitor description on the AMTA 2022 website with a link to the company’s website
• A listing in the AMTA 2022 Final Program
• 100‐word Exhibitor description and corporate logo in the Final Program and Conference Mobile App, provided to all registrants

Exhibitor space rental fee will be due in (2) separate installments:

1. 50% Deposit (Non‐refundable, due May 12, 2022)
2. 50% Balance (due July 26, 2022)

Exhibitor Hotel Room Reservation

The AMTA 2022 guest room rate at The Westin Westminster is USD $199.00/night plus tax if reservations are made by
September 23, 2022. A limited number of government per diem rate rooms are available. The AMTA rate includes complimentary highspeed internet access in guest rooms. All exhibitor space will also have complimentary Wi‐Fi internet access.

This year, exhibitors will be responsible for making their own hotel reservations. A separate room block and an Exhibitor‐only hotel reservation link will be provided to all exhibitors. Once that block is exhausted, Conference Direct will assist exhibitors on a case‐by‐case basis. Sponsorship

There are numerous advantages to sponsoring at an AMTA symposium. First the foremost, it puts your business front and center of a targeted global market comprised of industry, government, and academia. Attendees range from end-users to key decision makers, many of whom attend this annual event specifically to learn about the latest product offerings available. Sponsorship is a great way of distinguishing your company above others, providing both brand awareness and added exposure to attract potential new customers as well as reconnecting with existing customers.

We encourage all AMTA industry and organization participants to be an event sponsor. There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities are available to accommodate any organizations needs and budget. In general, sponsorships are available for AMTA food events (breaks, breakfasts, lunches and receptions), premium items (full registration welcome bags and logo-items), social events (Monday Night Social Outing, Wednesday Night Awards Banquet, tours and transportation), Student Day or other opportunities.

Supporting Publications are invited to support the AMTA symposium. The sponsor company recognition levels shall be set as follows:

Platinum sponsorship: $12,000

Gold sponsorship: $8,000

Silver sponsorship: $ 4,000

Bronze sponsorship: $ 2,500
